�� - �: � <br /> . � <br /> ' hereof, and provided further that during said period of fifteen (15) <br /> years the Company shall faithfully perform all the provisions hereof ' <br /> obligatory upon it failing which the rights, privilege, permission <br /> and authority herein granted may be terminated subject to Section 32 <br /> above. <br /> Section 34. That at the City's sole discretion, the City and <br /> Company shall hold one system review session at any time after the <br /> seventh anniversary of this franchise award and shall provide the <br /> Company a minimum of 30 days notice of the meeting date and the <br /> proposed topics. <br /> The topics for discussion in said review, if any, shall include <br /> any developments in the law since issuance of the franchise, and any <br /> other topics to which the parties shall mutually agree. At the <br /> conclusion of said meeting, the City may either determine that (a) <br /> no changes in this ordinance are appropriate or (b) modifications to <br /> this ordinance may be appropriate. <br /> If the City determines that modifications may be appropriate, <br /> pursuant to (b) above, then the City shall conduct a community needs <br /> assessment of a representative sampling of system customers. The <br /> Company shall provide the City, to the extent permitted by law, a <br /> mailing list of customers and shall consult with the City on topics <br /> to be covered by this assessment. Results of said assessment will <br /> be shared with the Company within 30 days of completion of said <br /> assessment, but in no event less than 30 days prior to issuance of <br /> its findings. <br /> -21- <br />
