Jackson St. ; and, <br /> E. Main St. between N. Main St. and N. Franklin St. <br /> Section 3 . That wine coolers, for the purposes of this <br /> Ordinance, are defined as beverages containing a mixture of fruit <br /> juice and wine. <br /> Section 4 . That between the hours of 6 : 00 A.M. Friday, <br /> August 5 , 1988, and 6 : 00 A.M. , Monday, August 8 , 1988 , no person, <br /> firm or corporation having a Class A, B or C local liquor license <br /> issued pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 49 of the City Code <br /> and Chapter 43 of the Illinois Revised Statutes 1987 , for <br /> premises having frontage on those streets, or portions thereof, <br /> listed in Section 2 hereof, or located in the B-4 Central <br /> Business District, as established by the Zoning Ordinance, shall <br /> sell alcoholic liquor at retail for consumption on or off said <br /> premises at any location on said premises except from within a <br /> permanent structure located thereon and in existence on the date <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 5 . That no beer or wine coolers may be consumed as <br /> provided herein unless such beer or wine cooler is in a plastic <br /> or paper cup. <br /> Section 6 . That except as otherwise provided herein, the <br /> provisions of Section 34 (1) of Chapter 49 of the City Code <br /> remain in full force and effect. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORD D this 5th day of <br /> July, 1988 . <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> ITY CLERK <br />
