OAKLAND AVENUE AND RAVINA PARK ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of June, 1988, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Illico Independent Oil Company to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> The West 70 feet of the East 219 . 8 feet of the South 50 <br /> feet of the North 1159 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of <br /> Section 4 Township 16 North Range 2 East of the 3rd <br /> P.M. , Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br />, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and he same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESI�ENCE DISTRICT to B-2 <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinios , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth snall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
