That the petitioner requests that the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation, annex the following described property: Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW�) of Section 26, Twsp. 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , Described as follows: Beginning at a point 12.80 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW�) of said Section 26; Running thence West for 120 feet; thence North 167 feet; thence East 120 Feet; thence South for 167 feet to the point of beginning, except for that portion used for public roadway purposes �' along the south side of said land, as per Plat recorded in Book 1854 Page 540 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois and commonly known as 698 East Grove Road, Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, 62521 WHEREFORE, the petitioners pray that the above described prop- ' erty will be annexed to the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation, in accordance with the Statutes in such case made and provided.
