EXCERPT <br /> CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 4, 1988 <br /> On Monday, April 4, 1988 , the City Council of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, met in Regular Meefing at <br /> 7 : 30 P. M. in the City Council Chambers , One Civic Cen- <br /> ter Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. Mayor Gary K. Anderson <br /> presided; together with him being Councilmen Erik C. <br /> Brechnitz , Charles Harris , Jr . , Terry M. Howley, <br /> Stephen F. John, Shirley M. Moore and William F. <br /> Oliver. Al1 seven members were present. Mayor Ander- <br /> son declared a quorum present. <br /> * * * * * <br /> Ordinance No. 88-26 , approving memorandum of <br /> agreement and authorizing issuance of Decatur Memorial <br /> Hospital Health Care Facility Revenue Bonds , was <br /> presented. <br /> Councilman Brechnitz moved the ordinance do pass <br /> and be adopted; seconded by Councilman Moore, and on <br /> call of the roll, Councilmen Brechnitz , Harris, Howley, <br /> John, Moore, Oliver and Mayor Anderson voted aye . <br /> Mayor Anderson declared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * <br />
