M`�� ORDINANCE NO. � � — a �� I ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT ; - RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY - 3155 EAST MOUND ROAD WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of March , 1988, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Scott Cornell for a special use permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A) ( 1 ) ( t > of the Zoning Ordinance to operate a residential care facility on premises located in the City of Decatur , Iliinois, commonly known as 3155 East i�ound Road , and legally described as follows: The West 159b.44 feet of Lot c of the Southwest i/4 Section 30 Township 17 North , Range 3 East of tne 3rd P.M. , as per Piat recorded in Hook 2z at Page 97 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of Macon County , lying 5outh of the Right-of-Way of Mound Road and West of the Right-of-Way of the Illinois Central Railroad ; and , WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that said soecial permit be granted . NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT ORDAINED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Sectian 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Pian Commission be, and the same is hereby, received , placed on file and approved . Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter set out , a special use permit for the operation of a residential care facility on the premises aroresaid be, and the same is nerQby, approved and granted to , and only to , Scott Cornell . Section 3. That said permit be, anci the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: ( a) That occupancy of the facility be limited to not more than fifteen ( 15) developmentally disabled adults. (b ) That such facility be at ali times apprepriately licensed by the State of Illinois.
