J ' MiCROFlLM�D ORDINANCE N0. � � - � tS ORDINANCE ABATING LEVIES FOR BOND SERVICE - SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE BONDS WHEREAS, by the respective ordinances authorizing the issuance thereof certain taxes were levied for the year 1987 payable in the year 1988 to pay the interest on and principal of certain bonds of the City; and WHEREAS, funds have become available from other sources to pay, in part , such interest and principal as the same _ becomes due and payable . NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the following tax levies for interest on and principal of the indicated bonds for the year 1987 , payable in the year 1988, in addition to the partial abatement by application of the Personal Property Replacement Tax, as provided by law, be , and the same are hereby partially abated as follows : Abated Levy Before Application of Personal Property Ordinance Number Ordinance Tax, where and Bond Issue Levy Abatement Applicable 6094-Surface Water Drainage Bonds , 1975 $ 680, 650 $ 5, 000 $ 675 , 650 83-46-Surface Water Drainage Bonds , 1983 Refunding 1, 272 , 385 270,000 1 , 002 , 385 Section 2 . That the County Clerk of the County of Macon, Illinois-, be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to abate in part said levies and to extend the same as so abated for the year 1987.
