I • - 2 - <br /> attached hereto, which easement is shaded in red on "Exhibit <br /> B" attached hereto. This easement was created in the <br /> Owner's Declaration of "First Resurvey of Lot Nine (9) of <br /> Montgomery Place" which was recorded on May 10, 1954 at Book <br /> 982 page 91 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois. <br /> B. An easement for a connecting sewer and other <br /> public utilities across (among other land) the north ten <br /> (10) feet o£ Parcel I described on "Exhibit A" attached <br /> hereto, which easement is shaded in blue on "Exhibit B" <br /> attached hereto. This easement was created in a written <br /> Easement, dated June 24, 1954, recorded at Book 1158 page <br /> 589 of the Records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> 3. The petitioners hereby request that the City <br /> Council adopt an ordinance vacating the easement, created in <br /> the Owner's Declaration (paragraph 2 A above) and further <br /> relinquish any right the City of Decatur may have under the <br /> terms of the Easement, dated June 24, 1954 (paragraph 2 B <br /> above) in the manner and to the extent specified in <br /> paragraph 5 A below. <br /> 4. The petitioners have appointed James W. Alling, <br /> lawyer, of 406 Citizens Building, Decatur, Illinois, 62525, <br /> to act for them and be their representative in this matter. <br />
