� �1 V�'`��Y ORAINANCE N0. �� ORDINAN�E AMENDING CITY CDDE - CHAPTERS 11 . 13 AND 13. 1 - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: - Section 1 . That Chapter 11 of the City Code of the City of Decatur , Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended at Section 5 thereof by modifying subsection ( 1 ) thereof and adding subsections (m) , (n) and (o ) thereto , so that as so amended and modified said Section 5 at subsections ( 1 � , (m) , (n) and (o ) provides as follows: ( 1 ) Supervise and make rules with regard to the maintenance of City motor vehicles; (m) Supervise the upkeep , maintenance and repair of i suct� buildings and grounds as may be designated by the City Manager ; I�I (n) 5ervice and maintain tf�e equipment and facilities II of the Motor 'Jehicle Parking System; �'I (o ) Perform such other functions and duties as may be assigned from time to time by the City Manager . Section 2. That Chapter 13 of said City Code be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended at Section 4 thereof by modifying subsections (h ) and ( i ) thereof and adding subsection ( ,i ) thereto , so that as so amended and modified said Section 4 at subsections (h ) , ( i ) and ( j ) thereof provides as follows; (i� ) Perform and be responsible for such data processing and appurtenant services as shall be approved ar assigned by the �ity Manager ; ( i > Purchase materials or goods, or contract for services, in accordance with the procedures, rules and regulations of the Department , provided that , funds have been appropriated and are available for the purpose, and keep a record of all price quotations, bids and awards. Such purchases or contracts involving an outlay of less than �5,000 ' may be made without further approval of the Council , or formal advertising , but such purchases
