The following numbered sections in said Code are <br /> hereby modified and amended as herein indicated: <br /> (a) 105.3 by adding: Al1 underground tanks on the site <br /> shall be removed and all wells, cisterns, septic tanks � and <br /> similar structures broken open and, along with all excavations, <br /> filled with earth, or inert material, and compacted to eliminate <br /> voids . Final grading shall be done with material suitable for <br /> the proposed use. <br /> (b) 111.2 by deleting all verbiage after the word "fee" . <br /> (c) 111. 6 by deleting the last sentence. <br /> (d) 114 .1 by substituting the phrase, "by ordinance shall <br /> have been paid to the City Treasurer, " in lieu of the phrase, "in <br /> this section shall have been paid to the Department of Building <br /> Inspection or other authorized agency of the jurisdiction" . <br /> _ (e) 121.1 by adding the word "substantially" between the <br /> words "reading" �nd "as" . <br /> ( f) 201.0 by deleting the last sentence from the definition <br /> of Central station system. <br /> (g) 300.2 and 400.2 by substituting the phrase "zoning or <br /> land use regulations or any other ordinance or regulation, " in � ' <br /> lieu of the phrase, "zoning law or any other statute" . <br /> (h) 513.1 by deleting the phrase "subject to the approval <br /> of the board of appeals" therefrom. <br />
