Sims , as Trustee, and others requesting that <br /> there be annexed to the City territory described as : <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> record of all land within such territory and that no electors <br /> reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municiga�ity; and, <br /> WhEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given as required. <br /> NGW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. ihat said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not neretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
