u���.M@D <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � � I o� � <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SALARY <br /> OF CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS. <br /> Section 1. That retroactive to and effective as of May <br /> l, 1987 , and until the further order of the Council, the <br /> annual salary for the position of City Manager be, and it is <br /> hereby, established at the sum of $62 , 140. <br /> Section 2 . That the deferred compensation plan for the <br /> City Manager heretofore provided be, and the same is hereby, <br /> continued. <br /> Section 3 . That the provisions of this ordinance shall <br /> accord with and be pursuant and subject to the applicable <br /> provisions of ordinances now in effect with regard to sta=f <br /> positions, pay and benefits , not inconsistent with the <br /> provisions hereof and that the provisions of all ordinances <br /> to which the provisions of this ordinance may apply be, and <br /> they are hereby, amended to accord with the provisions <br /> hereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 19th day <br /> of October, 1987 . <br /> / <br /> � MAYOR _ <br /> / <br /> i <br /> ATTEST: ✓ <br /> CITY LER <br />
