�1C��M��. ORDINANCE N0. � / - � I D ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - SANITARY DISTRICT - - NORTHWEST CORNER OF S. MAIN STREET AND ILLINOIS CENTRAL GULF RAILROAD - WHEREAS, on the lst day of October, 1987 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of the Sanitary District of Decatur for a special use permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A) ( 1) ( i) of the Zoning Ordinance to operate a government building or structure, more specifically, a combined sewage overflow facility, on premises located at the northwest corner of South Main Street and the I1linois Central Gulf Railroad right-of-way and more particularly described as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a �art hereof; and, jaHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That a special use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to petitioner, Sanitary District of Decatur, to own and operate a government building or structure for the handling of combined sewaqe overflow on the premises described herein. Section 3. That said special use permit grant�d hereby, be, and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512 , the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois , and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this special permit .
