<br /> Gentlemen:
<br /> The Sanitary District of Decatur requests that a Special Use
<br /> Permit Ordinance be issued for the proposed Cantrell Street Combined
<br /> Sewer Overflow Facility to be located at the Northwest corner of South
<br /> Main Street and Illinois Central Gulf Railroad.
<br /> This facility is scheduled for future construction and will be
<br /> used for the treatment of combined sewage overflow.
<br /> Enclosed for informational purposes is (Exhibit 'A') , plat of
<br /> proposed special permit area and (Exhibit 'B') , legal description of
<br /> area. Also included is a zoning map and pictures of the area.
<br /> Enclosed is check No. 4000 in the amount of Eighty Five Dollars
<br /> ($85.00) for the application fee, per the request of Mr. Robert McQueen
<br /> of your staff.
