The present zoning of Lot 1 , 2 and the North 36 feet of Lot 3 is B-1 , a cortmercial <br /> zone, the request is to modify the commercial zone to B-2, another commercial <br /> zone which wi11 allow a self service car wash to be constructed. <br /> 2. The Zoning immediately across the street to the North is B-2 <br /> 3. Portions of the North-South Couple of Main Street and Water Street are presently <br /> zoned B-1 and 6-2. As the existing residential structures along these streets <br /> become non-habitable, it seems reasonable that a different zoning probably com- <br /> mercial will take place. <br /> 4. Mr. A. Ray Jones has options to purchase both 1235 and 1223 N. Main Street and <br /> presently owns the South Half of Lot 4 and aiso the South Half of Lot 5.
