Y <br /> � • • N1CR�LM�D <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �- ( � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - SHOREWOOD ESTATES - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of September, 1987 upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Carla Martin to modify and amend the R-6 Residence <br /> Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. 7196 , and <br /> from time to time thereafter amended, so as to reduce the number <br /> of approved single family detached units on a portion of the <br /> above described Residence Development Plan from 26 to 10, said <br /> portion of said Residence Development Plan being described as <br /> follows : <br /> Lots 14 through 39 of Shorewood First Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 152 of the records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-6 <br /> Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the aforesaid R-6 Residence Development <br /> Plan be, and the same is hereby, modified and further amended, <br /> and petitioner be, and she is hereby, authorized and permitted to <br /> develop the herein described portion of said Residence <br /> Development Plan as shown on the plat of same attached hereto, <br /> marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That except as modified by the provisions <br /> hereof, the heretofore ordained R-6 Residence Development Plan <br /> and the provisions of ordinance relating thereto as heretofore <br /> amended and modified remain in full force and effect and the same <br /> remain subject to all the conditions, limitations and <br /> restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid and the <br /> respective modifications and amendments thereto. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RE D this 19th day of <br /> October, 1987. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: � � <br /> � <br /> TY LE K <br />
