,y���`��,�� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � —/ � <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING YIELD INTERSECTIOIV <br /> - HENDRIX STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, the drivers of vehicles on Hendrix Street <br /> approaching 23rd Street shall yield the right-of-way to any <br /> vehicle in the intersection of said streets or approaching the <br /> same so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ( $1. 00 ) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ( $200 . 00 ) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
