r � <br /> s ' <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � —f o 7 �tiCRO�iLN� <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - ESTABLISHING A TAX ON THE PURCHASE <br /> OF TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by <br /> adding thereto Chapter 48.1, said Chapter 48 . 1 to be entitled <br /> "Sales Tax" and to provide as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to cause the provisions hereof to be <br /> appropriately set out in said City Code and to cause the same to <br /> be published in pamphlet form. <br /> Secticn 3 .
