. f. <br /> . <br /> . <br /> MIC���IMEU <br /> ORDINANCE IVO. g�-103 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> - 3851 NORTH WARREN - <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by <br /> said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under <br /> oath of Opal Tate that there be annexed to the City territory <br /> described as : <br /> Lot Five ( 5 ) of Linden Lea as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 802 Page 35 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> record of all land within such territory and by at least 51� of <br /> the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any <br /> city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along � <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent ' <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are � <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the I�, <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , a municipal corporation.
