� •- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 87-101 M,C��µ�� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 225-247 EAST KING STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of September, 1987, upon due <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Herman Weyen, to rezone <br /> premises described as : <br /> Lots Ten (10 ) and Eleven ( 11) in Block Two ( 2 ) of <br /> J. K. Warren and Company 4th Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 93 Page 11 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE YT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to <br /> B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. • <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 1 <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the � <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirer�ents therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
