I do not feel tha <br /> a zaning change to H-2 would be injurious to the area in any way. I am <br /> surrounded by high volwne commercial businesses which include a retail <br /> produc8 store, a shell service station, a car rental lot, a lock shop, <br /> a sign shop, a donut bakery� and• a high volume chili parlor that has less <br /> parking space than I do. Z am considering the purchasing of the burned <br /> out crommercial building adjacent on the north. This building. should I <br /> buy it, will be torn down and the lot improved. I f.eei that it is only <br /> fair and equitable that the commission allow this zoning change to enable <br /> me: to continue doing as I have for the last 21 years. Without the zoning <br /> change, the building will have very little commercial va.lue. and I will b� <br /> out of business.
