The <br /> improvement is more particularly described in "Exhibit 2" , being <br /> the plans and specifications , and consists of a complete sanitary <br /> sewer district to serve all parts of the City of Decatur, as <br /> described in "Exhibit 1" , and as shown on the detailed plans and <br /> specifications . <br /> SECTION 5 : THAT the said sanitary sewer improvement <br /> consists of a sanitary sewer spstem and storm sewer system with <br /> tee branches laid with water tight joints , city standard <br /> manholes , drop connections at drop manholes , improved street <br /> surface restorations to the specifications included, protection, <br /> care and replacement of all existing underground and above-ground <br /> utilities in the lineup, or near said improvements ; and all <br /> necessary appurtenances thereto required to complete the sanitary <br /> sewer system. <br /> The slopes of all gravity sanitary sewers are given in <br /> percentage and all sections have a uniform grade. Minimum and <br /> Maximum grades are shown on the detailed plans. <br /> The pipes and fittings for the sanitary sewer system are to <br /> be first quality materials , complying with the latest standards . <br /> AI1 sewer pipe shall be laid on an even, firm bed throughout <br /> the full length of the barrel so that no uneven strain will come <br /> on any pipe, and particular care will be exercised to prevent the <br /> pipes bearing on the sockets. Each pipe is to be laid in <br /> conformity with the line and levels therefore, and in the <br /> (`') <br />
