<br /> The Saaitary District of Decatur requests that Special Permit
<br /> Ordinaace No. 4993 issued September 13� 1965 be amended. as to enclosed
<br /> Exhibit A � B.
<br /> Eshibit 'A' is a Plat showing the entire Saaitary Distrfct property �
<br /> located at 501 Dipper Lane, and Exhibit 'B' is the legal descriptioa of
<br /> the property, as of this date.
<br /> Exhibit 'C' is enclosed for informational. purposes showing the� 1965
<br /> Ordinance No. 4993 boundary, also enclosed is the zoning map for the ares.
<br /> The Sanitary District makes this request because of the boundarq
<br /> changes, as showa on Eshibit 'A' and Exhibit 'C', all of Exhibit 'A' fs
<br /> within the city limits of Decatur. �
<br /> The Saaitarq District wi11 continue to operate a Wastewater Treatment
<br /> Facility on the premises.
<br /> Enclosed is our Eighty Five Dollar ($85.00) apllication fee per the
<br /> request of Mr. Robert McQueen of your staff.
