The square <br /> foot area of the Querrey land is 25' x 1,469.54' or 36,739 square feet <br /> which applied to the $.1721 square foot figure gives us $6,322.78 which <br /> is rounded to $6,325. The balance of the $35,250 or $28,925 is allocated <br /> to your company.
