Mary Frances Raz�e is the owner of the remainder <br /> interest in all property adj acent to and abutting the north - <br /> side of the Road from the East line of the Northwest Quarter <br /> (NW�) of Section 5 , Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the <br /> 3rd Principal Meridian to a point 1 ,691 .04 feet East of the <br /> East line of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) of Section 5 , <br /> Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd Principal Meri- <br /> dian. <br /> 4 . The Road is fifty (50) feet in width. <br /> 5 . The Road is no longer useful to the public or to ' <br /> the City of Decatur or to the Petitioners . <br /> 6 .
