<br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that land described as follows is
<br /> proposed to be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois , at a
<br /> meeting of the City Council of Decatur, Illinois, scheduled for
<br /> August 31, 1987:
<br /> Commencing at the intersection of the South line of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter ( SEl/4 ) of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (NE1/4 ) of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 2 East
<br /> of the 3rd P.M. and the centerline of the right-of-way
<br /> of State Route No. 48 (being 574.8 feet West of the
<br /> Southeast corner of said tract ) ; thence Northeasterly
<br /> along said centerline (a curve whose radius is 1482 .13
<br /> feet ) a distance of 580.3 feet; thence Easterly at right
<br /> angles along a line having a bearing of S 85° 42 ' E for
<br /> a distance of 50 feet t� a concrete marker on the
<br /> Easterly right-of-way of said highway, said marker being
<br /> the point of beginning; thence Easterly along said line
<br /> 130 feet; thence Southerly along a line having a bearing
<br /> of S 4° 18 ' W 130 feet;' thence Westerly parallel with
<br /> said line first mentioned 135.7 feet, more or less , to
<br /> said Easterly right-of-way line; thence Northerly along
<br /> said line 130.2 feet, more or less, to the place of
<br /> beginning, containing 0.4 acres , more or less.
