, — a ORDINANCE NO. � � � / ��'LM� AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY DOVE, INC. — 788 EAST CLAY STREET — WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1987, upon due notice, the Decatur �ity Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Dove, Inc. an Illinois Not-for-Profit Corporation, to rezone premises described as : A part of Lot 5 of Block 1 of William Martin' s Addition of Outlots as per Plat recorded in Book U, Page 748 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , said part more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 5 of William Martin' s Addition of Outlots ; thence N. 90°00 ' 00" W (Assumed Bearing) along the North Right-of-Way line of E. Clay Street, 172 .00 feet ; thence N 00°37 ' 02" E, 87 .00 feet ; thence N 90°00 ' 00" E, 4 .00 feet ; thence N 00°37 ' 02" E, 38. 70 feet; thence N 90°00 ' 00" E, 19.02 feet ; thence N 00°37 ' 02" E, 50 . 3 feet; thence N 90°00 ' 00" E, 25 .00 feet ; thence N 00°37 ' 02" E, 12 .00 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 5; thence N 90°00 ' 00" E. 123 . 98 feet to the East line of said Lot 5 ; thence S 00°37 ' 02" W, 188.00 feet to the point of beginning, from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O-1 OFrICE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved.
