I a i , I LEGAL DESCRIPTION II A parcel of land lying 65 feet southerly of and parallel to the cen- II terline of the South Main Track of the Wabash Railroad Company now known as the Norfolk and Western Railroad Company of the following 'I described tract: I A triangular piece of land being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Northwest 1/4, Section 9 aforesaid; thence west along the North line of said Section to the Northwest corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9; thence south alon� the West line of said 40 acre tract 240.6 feet to a point 143.5 feet southerly of the center line of the South Main Tract as now located measured at right angles thereto; thence northeasterly on a direct line Co the point of beginning, except the East 701.3 feet thereof; containing in all 0.864 acres, more or less; and also A parcel of land lying 65 feet southerly of and parallel to the cen- terline of the South Main Tract of the said Railroad of the following described tract: ' A strip of land being a part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest ' 1/4 of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a stone at the Northwest corner of Section 9 aforesaid; thence east 1308 feet more ' or less to the Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the North- west 1/4 of Section 9; thence south along the East line of above named 40 acre tract 466.4 feet; thence west parallel with the North line of said Section 9 aforesaid 1308 feet, more or less, to the West line of Section 9; thence north along said Section line 466.4 feet to the place of beginning, except the West 550 feet thereof, containing in all 3.982 acres, more or less: EXHIBIT A
