C� � - g � �i .�� u� 3oi�7 �r ,�ecorGsa in ou��251 rape651 �� ' Y��+�'• �11.00 � � AN ri�'t}�INANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ENTIREL�e �_. orderol �ee0� SURROUNnED BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR - 3325 WEST MAIN STREET - WHEREAS, ce�tain unincorporated territory described as follows : : Beginning at a point on the South right of way line of the Decatur and Springfield Road, located 33 feet at right angles to the center line of the existing concrete slab; 511.20 feet Northeasterly measured along the South right of way line of said Decatur and Springfield Road, from the West line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 16 North, Range Two East of the 3rd P.M. and 150 feet Southwesterly measured along the South right of way line of said Decatur and Springfield Road from the West line of Hill Crest boulevard extended South, thence South parallel to the West line of said Hill Crest Boulevard, extended South 145 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to the South right of way line of said Decatur and Springfield Road 150 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence Northeasterly along the South right of way line of said Decatur and Springfield Road, a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning, is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, such territory is less than sixty ( 60 ) acres in area; and, WHEREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, notice of the contemplated annexation of said territory has been given as provided by law.
