� i <br /> v <br /> .A�rR(l�ILIM9 <br /> ORDINAIVCE NO. 87-78 <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING LAND USE <br /> BULK STORAGE OF PROPANE <br /> 4011 EAST MUELLER <br /> WHEREAS, the following described premises are currently <br /> zoned M-2 Heavy Industrial District : <br /> The East 175 feet of Lot Twenty ( 20 ) of Industrial <br /> Park Second Addition, an Addition to the City of <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 1575 Page <br /> 153 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinqis ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Emro Propane Company has petitioned this <br /> Council pursuant to Section XVI (B) ( 11) of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance for approval to use said premises for the bulk <br /> storage of propane; a copy of said petition being attached <br /> hereto marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the use of said premises for said purpose has <br /> been approved by the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the petition described above, and the <br /> reports of the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief <br /> concerning said petition, be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That approval be, and it is hereby, granted , <br /> to Emro Propane Company for the bulk storage of propane on <br /> said pr�mises as described on Exhibit A hereto and as shown <br /> in the application of Emro regarding said premises , and the <br /> site plan thereof contained therein, attached hereto, <br /> marked Exhibit B and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
