Mueller Ave. , Decatur, Illinois for the Purp- <br /> ose of Bulk Storage of Propane <br /> Dear Mr. Clark: <br /> On June 1, 1987, by Ordinance No. 87-60, the City Counsel <br /> of the City of Decatur approved the above described premises <br /> for use for the bulk storage of propane. The approval given <br /> in the Ordinance was to Leihser Oil Co. <br /> Our Company has entered into an option with Leihser Oil <br /> Co. for the purchase of the above described property as well <br /> as the propane portion of the business of Leihser Oil Co. <br /> We desire to have the approval for use of storage of propane <br /> be granted to Emro Propane Company in lieu of Leihser Oil Co. <br /> We have on this date filed with your office an Application <br /> for such approval. The Application contains in more detail <br /> the facts concerning. the option, present use of the property <br /> and the request of Emro Propane Company. <br /> As you are aware, prior to the passage of Ordinance No. <br /> 87-60, the property was approved for propane storage by the <br /> local fire department off�icials of the City of Decatur. There <br /> has not been a change in the use of the property since June <br /> 1, 1987 which would cause any different result if the property <br /> were reinspected by such City officials. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
