�' ',�' <br /> . , <br /> YrCROF�I� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. $'�-72 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY AND <br /> PERMITTING CERTAIN USES THEREON <br /> - 510 EAST WABASH AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1987 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Gerald B. Reynolds to rezone the following described <br /> premises from M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and also under the provisions of Sections <br /> XVI(B) ( 5 ) and ( 6 ) of the Zoning Ordinance, for permission to <br /> construct and operate a commodity scrap processing facility and <br /> to manufacture fertilizer on said premises , described as follows : <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A <br /> PART HEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that the prayers of said petition be <br /> granted. <br /> WHEREAS, the use of said premises for said purpose has been <br /> approved by the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That permission be, and it is hereby, granted to <br /> Gerald B. Reynolds to construct and operate a commodity scrap <br /> processing facility and to manufacture fertilizer upon the above- <br /> described premises as per the petition attached hereto, marked <br /> Exhibit B and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
