I am attaching a <br /> copy of the Plat of that subdivision. <br /> There is a city sewer line that crosses the property <br /> from east to west represented by the dotted line that we <br /> have placed on the Plat. <br /> Because of the topography of the lot and the location <br /> of the sewer line, building on the lot will be extreraely <br /> difficult. <br /> The City owns the triangular piece adjacent to and <br /> abutting the lot to the north, G�hich is shown on the attached <br /> Plat in yellow. _ <br /> This matter has been discussed wi.th l�s. Robert McrJ,ueen <br /> and we propose to purchase from the City the triangular <br /> tract shown in yellow. I think that a proper description of <br /> that tract would be as follows , to-wit: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 17 <br /> of Allen Bend Shores , as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 300 Page 258 of the records in the <br /> Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> thence North 70° 38 ' west 127.3 feet along the <br /> Northeast line of Lot 18 of �said addition, to <br /> the point of beginning� and from the point of <br /> beginning thence South 39° 31 ' west 140 .2 feet , <br /> thence North 68° 06 ' west 87 .5 feet ,, thence <br /> northeasterly in a straight 'Iine to` the point <br /> of beginning ' <br />
