Nagy and George Nagy requesting that there be <br /> annexed to the City territory described as : . <br /> The West 90 feet of the East 400 feet of Lot One (1) , <br /> Block One (1) in Elm Park, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 335 page 56 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS , it appears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> record of all land within such territory and by at least 51� of <br /> the electors . residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any <br /> city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS , notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That said petition and the request thereof be , <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described , along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adja,.�ent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed , if any, be , and the same � are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur , Illinois , a municipal corporation . <br /> � <br /> Section 3 .
