: YICR4FIi.ME'D ORDINANCE NO. � / - � �p I AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY 3300-3500 NORTH CHARLES STREET WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1987 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Robert G. Krimmel, to rezone .premises described as: Lot 1 of the Barding Subdivision as shown by Plat in Book 1832 , page 265 in the records of the Macon County Recorder' s Office, excepting therefrom the following described tract of land: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, thence South 84° 54 ' 38" E, 472 .19 feet; thence North 77° 30 ' 40" E, 233.53 feet; thence East 65. 36 feet; thence N 1° 30 ' 17" E, 760.26 feet; thence West to the West line of said Lot 1; thence South 0° 08 ' 35" W, 768. 61 feet , more or less , to the point of beginning; and Lots 14 , 15 and 16 of the Northside Addition of Outlots to Decatur �s shown ' by Plat in Book 335 , page 182 of the records of the Macon County Recorder' s Office and Beginning at the Intersection of the West right-of-way line of Charles � Street and the North line of SE 1/4 Section 35 in T17N, R2E of the Third Principal Meridian; thence South 89° 53 ' 30" W, 2151.53 feet to the Easterly Right-of-Way line of the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad; thence North 0° 08 ' 35" E, 99.97 feet; thence South 89° 53 ' 30" W, 2154 . 05 feet ; thence South 1° 30 ' 17" E, 100 feet to the point of beginning, from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to PMR-1 PARK MOBILE HOME RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved.
