� <br /> M1CRoF1�Ml�} <br /> ORDINANCE N0. — � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 1234 EAST CLAY STREET <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1987 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of DEVELCO, an Illinois Partnership, to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Lot Sixteen ( 16 ) in Block Two ( 2 ) of John' s First <br /> Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 249 of , <br /> the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, , <br /> Illinois , ! <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD I <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> IVOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: � <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations , restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
