' f <br /> .�a � . <br /> MiCR�I111�D <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / ' � <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING LAND USE <br /> INDUSTRIAL SCRAP PROCESSING OPERATION <br /> WHEREAS, the following described premises are currently <br /> zoned M-2 Heavy Industrial District : <br /> All of the North 97 .00 feet of even width of the <br /> Southwest Quarter ( SWl/4 ) of the Northwest Quarter <br /> (NWl/4 ) of Section l, Township 16 North, Range 2 East <br /> of the Third ( 3rd) Principal Meridian, Macon County, <br /> Illinois , except the East 30. 00 feet of even width and <br /> the West 30. 00 feet of even width now being used and/or <br /> set aside for public roadway easements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Albert Hornstein and Rea Hornstein have petitioned <br /> this Council pursuant to Section XVI (B ) ( 6 ) of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance for approval to use said premises for an industrial <br /> scrap processing operation; a copy of said petition being <br /> attached hereto marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the use of said premises for said purpose has been <br /> approved by the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the petition described above, and the <br /> reports of the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief concerning <br /> said petition, be received, placed on file and approved. . <br /> Section 2 . That approval be, and it is hereby, granted to <br /> Albert Hornstein and Rea Hornstein to operate an Industrial Scrap <br /> Processing Operation on said premises as described on Exhibit A <br /> hereto and as shown on the site plan on said premises attached <br /> hereto, marked Exhibit B and made a part hereof. <br />
