equipped and manned as provided by the Act and the <br /> rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. <br /> 10. Each ambulance while in use, in the City, as <br /> an ambulance shall be operated by a driver and atten- <br /> dant each of whom shall be currently certified as an <br /> Emergency Medical Technician. <br /> 11. Each licensed ambulance service shall provide <br /> a minimum of four certified Emergency Medical Tech- <br /> nicians on duty at all times with an additional two <br /> such certified persons on immediate reserve. <br /> 12.
