� . ti <br /> , • � <br />� ��C��l� '', <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � — � I <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ENTIRELY <br /> SURROUNDED BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR <br /> - 761 AND 807 HAYNES DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS , certain unincorporated territory described as <br /> follows : <br /> Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) of Larose Addition <br /> as per Plat. recorded in Book 300 , Page 292 of the <br /> records in t.he Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois , <br /> is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS , such territory is less than sixty �60) acres in <br /> area; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be <br /> annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois ; and , <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the contemplated annexation of said <br /> territory has been given as provided by law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be , and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
