_ � <br /> MIC�OFlLM�D <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � — � 3 <br /> ORDINANCE REGARDING PAY <br /> - FIRE SERVICE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That effective May 1 , 1987 , and subject to <br /> the applicable provisions of existing ordinance or <br /> administrative order not inconsistent herewith , those <br /> positions assigned by ordinance or administrative order to <br /> pay grades or ranges in the fire service be , and they are <br /> hereby, authorized to have attached thereto , and employees <br /> occupying said positions on May 1 , 1987 , be , and they are <br /> hereby, authorized to be paid , the respective salary or wage <br /> set out for each such grade or range as shown on Exhibit A, <br /> said Exhibit A being attached hereto and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> PRESENTED , PASSED , APPROVED AND RECO ED this 20th day <br /> of April , 1987 . <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> , <br /> ITY CL RK <br />
