�������� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. b —� I <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE-WAY STREETS <br /> CLEVELAND AVENUE AND 18th STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l . That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof , Cleveland Avenue between 17th Street <br /> and 18th Street be , and the same is hereby, established as a <br /> one-way street for eastbound traffic only and all vehicles <br /> traveling on said street shall travel east . <br /> Section 2 . That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, 18th Street between Cleveland Avenue <br /> and Cantrell Street be , and the same is hereby, established <br /> as a one-way street for northbound traffic only and all <br /> vehicles traveling on said street shall travel north. <br /> Section 3 . That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall , <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1 . 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 4 .
