Ml�t�ll.l� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � �-� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 1235 EAST WOOD STREET; 1224 EAST CLAY STREET <br /> 236 , 244 and 256 SOUTH JASPER STREET <br /> WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of April , 1987 , upon due <br /> notice , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of DEVELCO, an Illinois <br /> Partnership , to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lots 9 , 13 , 14 and 15 , all in Block 2 of John ' s <br /> First Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 335 , <br /> page 249 of the Records in the Recorder ' s Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and R-5 TWO FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be , and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . Tha�C said described premises be , and they � <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT and R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance , and all the provisions , regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
