MICf�1� II <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � �-- 1 , <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 2654 , 2662 AND 2674 NORTH MAIN STREET <br /> WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of April , 1987 , upon due <br /> notice , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Paul F. Hughes and Mary Alice <br /> Hughes , to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lots Sixteen (16) , Seventeen (17) , Eighteen (18) <br /> and Nineteen (19) in Block Six (6) of Pythian Home <br /> Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , as per Plat recorded in Book 300 , page <br /> 19 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and 0-1 OFFICE <br /> DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur Cit <br /> y <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and a roved. <br /> PP <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be , and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT and 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Distri�cts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance , and all the provisions , regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
