Bradshaw requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as : Commencing 165 feet East and 110 feet South of the Northwest corner of the East 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section Twenty-Six (26) Township Seventeen (17) North Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. ; thence East i40 feet; thence South 113. 5 feet; thence West 140 feet , thence North 113. 5 feet to the point of beginning. WHBREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51� of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipal.ity; and, � ' rw WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation � ,�� has been given as required.
