That Section XXIII . 0 of the Zoning Ordinance be , <br /> and the same is hereby, amended by substituting the words "Eighty <br /> Five Dollars ($85 . 00) " in lieu of the words "Fifty Dollars <br /> ($50 . 00) " therein. <br /> Section 2 . That Section XXVII of the Zoning Ordinance be , <br /> and the same is hereby, amended at Section C thereof so that said <br /> Section as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> C . A petition for a change in the regulations or <br /> districts herein or subsequently established shall <br /> be filed with the City Clerk in duplicate . The <br /> following fee shall be paid at the time of filing, <br /> to cover the cost of publication of notice of <br /> hearing on said petition and other costs incidental <br /> to such hearing: <br /> REZONING TO HIGHER CLaSSIFICATIONS <br /> 1 .
