That said petition and the request thereof be , <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described , along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretufore annexed , if any, be , and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur , Illinois , a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof . <br />
