�Y � �- ORDINANCE N0. f I �P ORDINANCE AMENDING STREET EXCAVATION AND RESTORATION SPECIFICATIONS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Section 10 and Section 11 of "Street Ex- cavation and Restoration Specifications" adopted by the provi- sions of Chapter 35 of the City Code of the City of Decatur , Illinois, be, and the same are hereby amended so that said sec- tions as so amended, shall provide as follows: 10. CLASSIFICATION OF PAVED STREETS Class I - All paved streets or alleys having brick or concrete as part of the pavement cross section. Class II - All paved streets and alleys not having brick or concrete as part of the pave- ment. Class III - Asphalt treatment streets and alleys. Class IV - All as halt or concrete surfaced drive- P ways and brick or concrete sidewalks. � Class V - All streets which are to be replaced with paving bricks. 11. CHARGE RATES - CITY RESTORATION Class I Minimum permit $170 ea. 4 sq. yds. thru 25 sq. yds. 40 sq. yd. All additional over 25 sq. yds. 30 sq. yd. Class II Minimum permit $ 80 ea. 4 sq. yds. thru 25 sq. yds. 22 sq. yd. All additional over 25 sq. yds. 15 sq. yd. Class III Minimum permit $ 70 ea. 4 sq. yds. thru 25 sq. yds. 12 sq. yd. All additional over 25 sq. yds. 7 sq, yd.
