. ORDINANCE N0. � �� ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That the City Code of the City of Decatur , �Illinois, be, and it is hereby amended at Section 2 of Chapter 35 thereof so that said Section as so amended shall provide as follows : 2. Licenses may be obtained from the City Clerk upon application furnishing such information as may reasonably be required upon forms to be furnished by such Clerk accompanied by a non-refundable, non-proratable fee of $30. 00, a bond in the amount of $5,000 conditioned as elsewhere provided herein, and a certificate of insurance showing coverage as ' elsewhere provided herein, and said license shall h f ex ire on Januar 31st next after issuance t ereo . P Y Section 2. The the City Code. of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and it is hereby amended at Section 4 of Chapter 50 thereof so that said Section as so amended shall provide as follows: 4. All applications for licenses or renewals thereof shall be accompanied by an appli- cation fee of $100. 00 plus $15. 00 for each ambulance to be operated during the license year, which license year shall commence on October 1 and end the following September 30. For an application to operate an invalid coach service, the application shall be accompanied by a fee of $100. 00 plus $15. 00 per coach stated on the application. All applications shall be accompanied by evidence of a current valid motor vehicle registration for each ambulance or invalid coach listed in the application Section 3. That the City Code of the City of Decatur , Illinois, be, and it is hereby amended at Section 3 and Section 4 of Chapter 51 thereof so that said Section as so amended shall provide as follows:
