� � _ <br /> Y <br /> ORD INANCE NO. � b 3 ����t�D <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 30 - TRAFFIC - DESIGNATING AND <br /> NUMBERING MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING LOTS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUIVCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the City Code be , and it is hereby, amended <br /> at Sections 54 and 55 of Chapter 30 thereof so that said sections <br /> as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> 54 . The following identified parking lots are <br /> hereby designated Motor Vehicle System Parking Lots 1 , <br /> 3 , 4 , 5 and 10 : <br /> Lot 1 - located in the north half of the block <br /> bounded by Wood, Water, Washington and South Main <br /> Streets ; <br /> Lot 3 - located in the block bounded by Eldorado , <br /> North Main, North and Church Streets ; <br /> Lot 4 - located in the block bounded by Prairie , <br /> North Main, William and Church Streets ; <br /> Lot 5 - located at the southeast corner of William <br /> and North Main Streets ; <br /> Lot 10 - located at the northeast corner of Wood <br /> and North Main Streets . <br /> 55 . In parking lots 1 , 3 , 4 , 5 and 10 parking <br /> meter zones are hereby established , and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br /> parking meters to be installed thereat as provided in <br /> this Chapter. <br />
