17. 6. A boat or craft may be kept or used on or in the Lake <br /> without registration if the same is owned by a boat dealer <br /> licensed by the State and is used for business purposes and said <br /> dealer obtains a City license upon application accompanied by a <br /> fee of $50 for not to exceed four units. <br /> Section 4. That said Chapter of said Code be, and it is <br /> hereby, further amended at Section 17. 8 thereof so that said Sec- <br /> tion as so amended shall provide as follows: <br /> 17. 8 . Licenses shall be issued for the period of one year <br /> commencing March 1, and expiring on the last day of February next <br /> after issuance. <br /> Section 5 . That the City Clerk be , and she is hereby , <br /> authorized and directed to cause these amendatory provisions to <br /> be appropriately set out in said Code and the same to be pub- <br /> lished in pamphlet form. <br /> PRESENTFD, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 15th day <br /> of December, 1986 . <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTES T: <br /> c <br /> CI CLERK <br />
